12Bold is a digital goods store in Erbil, Iraq.

2. What we collect
Account: your first and last name, your email and your password.
Orders: the product, the amount, the time, the order number, a payment reference and a protected form of your IP address.
3. Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work (sign-in and security). We do not use analytics cookies.
4. How we protect it
Your name and email are stored encrypted.
Order payment details are stored encrypted.
5. Why we use it
To create your account and sign you in.
To take payment and deliver your order.
To prove an order happened if there is a problem.
To stop fraud.
6. Who handles your data
Payments are handled by Rasedi.
Our server is hosted by Hetzner in Germany.
Hetzner also keeps daily backups of our server.
We send you emails when you sign up and when you reset your password.
Our emails are sent by Resend.
7. How long we keep it
Order records: 3 years, then we delete them.
If your account is deleted, we remove your personal details after 30 days. Order records stay for their 3 years.
8. Your rights
To delete your account or get a copy of your data, contact us and we will do it for you.
9. Changes
We may change this policy. The date at the top shows the last update.
